Prawn Ebi Nigiri

This nigiri sushi is made with a mound of specially prepared vinegared rice and topped with a thin slice of cooked prawn. It is typically eaten with a small amount of soy sauce, wasabi (a Japanese version of horseradish) and pickled ginger.
