Dry pot or Ma la xiang guo (麻辣香锅) is a “newer”, but already popular dish. Ma la xiang guo is very heavily spiced, but not just by chilies alone. Choose your own ingredients to be cooked in the bowl. It's malatang without the soup, and it's very addictive.
