Pork & Prawn Wontons

In Part 1 of the series, Tony teaches us how to make delicious Pork & Prawn Wontons. This recipe is simple, easy to follow and sure to impress! Ingredients

  • 1 packet of wonton skins – approx 28 skins per packet
  • 2 tsp light soya
  • 300g pork mince
  • 1 small red chilli (optional)
  • 200g green prawn meat, chopped
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • pinch of ground white pepper
  • 2 shallots, chopped
